Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United States. How do I qualify for free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must reach $75 or more. Please note that any discounts applied through coupon codes will reduce your subtotal; therefore, your total must still amount to $75 or more after all discounts have been applied.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on handmade items such as tumblers, mugs, keychains, mouse pads, and car coasters. Each item is made to order and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me for support within 7 days of receiving the order. I will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

I start making your handcrafted products as soon as I get your purchase. I cannot accept cancellations or changes once the production process has begun. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in several ways:

Sign Up: Create an account and earn 50 points.

Place an Order: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

Follow Us on Social Media: Earn 20 points by following us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Birthday Reward: Receive 200 points on your birthday.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance by logging into your account and visiting the loyalty program dashboard in the bottom left corner.

Do points expire?

No, points do not expire. You can accumulate points and redeem them whenever you'd like.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming points is easy. Log into your account, go to the loyalty program dashboard in the bottom left corner, and choose from the available rewards. Apply the reward to your cart at checkout.

What rewards can I get with my points?

Amount Discounts: $5 off for 500 points, $10 off for 1000 points, and $20 off for 2000 points.

Percentage Savings: 5% off for 500 points, 10% off for 800 points, 15% off for 1000 points, and 20% off for 1500 points.

Shipping Discounts: Free standard shipping for 500 points.

Can I combine discounts with other promotions?

Discounts earned through the loyalty program CANNOT be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

What happens if I return an order?

If you return an order, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

How do I update my birthday for the birthday reward?

To update your birthday, log into your account and go to the account settings. Make sure to update your birthday before the date to receive the 200 points on your special day.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Absolutely! All items, including car coasters, mouse pads, cup coasters, tumblers, key chains, and jewelry, are handmade with love and attention to detail.

Yes, all items are crafted with high-quality materials and are safe for everyday use.

Do you offer customization?
